Elliot the Shrinking Elephant

Elliot is an elephant that likes to bully others. After bullying the wrong animal, Ellitot begins to shrink and has to confront everyone he's hurt while he's the same size as them. He learns about other animals feelings, discovers his own feelings and the consequences each one of his actions has.
